A thoughtful and innovative exhibition
Marlo Saucedo explained that her art was like “a research project”. Saucedo’s work features stylized words related to the subject that literally form the subject. Her “Robin” is formed from small words like
“voice” and “whistler”. Her rigged galleon included the word “Swedish”. Her exhibit includes a handy magnifying glass for those of us without superhuman vision.
